The previous package was outdated, preventing us from updating TS.
This one also lints YAML and JSON,
and applies many more rules to the test files,
explaining all the changes in this PR.

This way the chain of ResourceStores is a bit easier to configure.
This commit also updates the SparqlUpdatePatchHandler to keep the metadata
and content-type of the resource that is being modified.
Due to not having re-entrant locks this would cause deadlocks
with the LockingResourceStore or require more advanced configurations.
If this is needed in the future we can potentially add a LockingPatchHandler.
