Fix international keyboard input (Alt/Option+key) for macOS

Browse Source 
- Fix Alt+2 not producing @ symbol on Spanish keyboards
- Detect when Alt/Option generates special characters (like @, |, €, £, etc.)
- Skip ESC prefix for international character composition
- Improve inputMethodEvent handling for better Input Method support
- Add copilot-instructions.md to .gitignore

This fix resolves keyboard input issues for international layouts where
Alt/Option is used for character composition rather than as a Meta modifier.
