pkg/types: Support Unix sockets in NewURLS
...
Resolves #12450
This commits adds support to unix/unixs socket URLs, which currently
fail with the message "URL address does not have the form "host:port".
It also replaces the work started in #11747 .

FlagValue everywhere we have a list of URLs.

flags/urls: reject url without port
...
For now, if etcd receives a url without port, it will listen on a random
port, which is useless.

etcdserver: stop using addScheme
...
This standardizes the flags to use a list of URLs everywhere. The next
step is to enforce the scheme based on TLS settings and support compat
flags.
