This change makes the etcd package compatible with the existing Go
ecosystem for module versioning.
Used this tool to update package imports:

benchmark: make number of watcher streams configurable in watch-get

Each stream uses a client goroutine and a grpc stream; the setup causes
considerable client-side latency on the first get requests.
