Anthony Romano 1dea4c688e etcdctl: unset ETCDCTL_ARGS on cov builds
The stricter warnings on pkg/flags generates extra output that
break coverage tests. Unset the ETCDCTL_ARGS environment variable
so the warnings aren't printed.
