Gyuho Lee b2a15ec327 pkg/expect: fix deadlock in mac OS ...

bufio.NewReader.ReadString blocks even
when the process received syscall.SIGKILL.
Remove ptyMu mutex and make ReadString return
when *os.File is closed.
