* Allow to pass '-' for optional values in kaspactl

* Solve a division-by-zero in estimateNetworkHashesPerSecond

* Add BlockHash to toAppMessage/fromAppMessage functions

* Rename: topHash -> StartHash

* Return proper error message if provided startHash doesn't deserialize into a hash
