* refactor: Split up machine e2e test suites

* refactor: move CreateAccount and FundAccount to testutil/e2e

* refactor: add AttestMachine to testutil/e2e

* refactor: split up asset e2e test suites

* refactor: make use of testutil in e2e dao suite
