Remove all bAtkRate item bonuses from renewal (#2199)

* Fixes #2198.
* Removed all bAtkRate item bonuses from the renewal item database and replaced with bAddClass.
* Updated item bonuses to match current descriptions.
* Updated various Aegis names.
