33efbd0869 Summoner, Novice and Level 151+ HP/SP updated (fixes #1181)
* Summoner HP/SP values are now accurate for both HP/SP tables and the automatic calculation
* Summoner HP/SP adjustments in the code are now at the correct place and only used when the HP/SP tables are not used
* Super Novices now gain +2000 HP at both level 99 and level 150 and the bonus stays even on level 100-149 and 151+ (fixes #979)
* Normal Novices no longer get a HP boost
* Updated HP/SP tables to official values for level 151-175 and extrapolated new values for up to level 500
* Removed 3rd classes from the HP/SP tables in pre-re and replaced them with dummy data (using Novice values)
-- Note: This way updates like this one don't need to be done twice. If you want to use 3rd classes in pre-re just copy over the lines you need from the re folder or even better, use the import folder. You should use it for all customizations you do for easier updating.

daa9e018f4 Release of Doram Race!
* Requires client 2015-10-01 and newer.
* All skills are usable from from the base list to all 3 branch types.
-- Some skills still need their official activation chance and durations.
* Adjusted the char-server start point and start item split functions to be more dynamic.

77cd4df358 Novice HP/SP (fixes #402)
- There will no longer be warnings in the log if HP/SP decreases from level 99 to 100 as this happens officially
- At level 99 only Super Novice will now get +2000 HP in both pre-renewal and renewal
- At level 150 all Novice classes get +2000 HP

e2af581d1a * Follow up b7431efa03cd6d735956320f20582df120ba3952
* Separated HP table between Novices & Super Novices, since the hardcoded HP bonus for Super Novice (+2000) was disabled when `HP_SP_TABLES` is enabled. The bonuses are written in job_basehpsp_db.txt.
  * Highly assumed there was typo for Gunslinger/Rebellion HP at level 95 (3834). If refer to Star Galaditor tables, those both use same HP values (even see their HP Factor & Multiplicator are some, no chance result different only one value in the middle of the table).
  * Changed warning message to info if the previous HP/SP is higher and the next level.
* Follow up f19e2dc6c7497c530bb48f0898d50d611e59bd0f, changed `rand()` to `rnd()` (follow up 27ba6c5002d8fac002d7aa8ff309abc5f352ee9f)

b7431efa03 Official HP/SP values (fixes #358)
- Updated the HP/SP tables to be 100% official for level 1 to 150
  * The only differences between pre-renewal and renewal are for HP of Novice, Ninja and Gunslinger
  * Level 151 to 500 is now an auto-calculated continuation of the progress from level 99 to 150 (not normal for all classes)
- HP/SP tables will now be used by default
- The code variation does not perfectly work for all classes, but I tried to get it to work as far as possible
  * This includes an even better estimation for Ninja/Gunslinger HP/SP which now also works for renewal
  * This also includes fixing the SP values of the 3-2 classes in renewal
  * But I really recommend to just use the HP/SP tables for exact values

* Still need official value to add bonus status for 3rd classes from Job Level 50 to 60
* Still need official value for total status point from Base Level up to 175 also the EXP values
* I hope the calculations results are closer with Max HP/SP values with official servers
