- copied the sql login server code to /src/login
- merged the login server header files
- moved the account savefile name config setting to inter_athena.conf and renamed it to match the other settings

- MailDB is now an integral part of the MainDB.
- To Server Admins, use mysql tools to move your mail data to the new structure.
- You can get the maildb structure from main.sql.
- Renamed some vars (recomendation of Ultramage :D)
