(bugreport:7853) - Moved Rune Knight Kafra into main Kafras file. - Revised documentation for 'addrid'. (follow-up 6572a9f) - 'instance_id()' no longer throws an error upon failure. - Fixed Desert Twilight/Sandstorm combo. shennetsind	086af74531	Okie ladies and gentleman if this commit breaks anything it's jman's and maki's fault, yes, blame them.
