Change installation command for openai-whisper

Updated installation command for openai-whisper to use pipx.

Because pip need a virtual env
- **hint**: See PEP 668 for the detailed specification.
While `pipx` take care of everything.

If the How-tos want to be even more accessible, it should mention
install `pipx`
