parseAcceptCharset(input): AcceptCharset[]
Parses an Accept-Charset header string.

Throws
BadRequestHttpError Thrown on invalid header syntax.
Parameters

  The Accept-Charset header string.
Returns AcceptCharset[]
An array of AcceptCharset objects, sorted by weight.
