Joe Betz	2338f747bf	vendor: Add dependency on google/uuid for safe UUID generation ... etcd currently generates a few UUID style identifiers using approaches like `fmt.Sprintf("client-%s", strconv.FormatInt(time.Now().UnixNano(), 36))`.
