Anthony Romano 64596f0c49 etcdserver/test: synchronously wait on TestApplySnapshotAndCommittedEntries 
Replaces the RecorderBuffered with a RecorderStream so Wait will block
waiting for updates to the etcdserver store.

Fixes #4296
