Dave Collins 67d570e660 Correct a few cases of address encoding.
There are certain RPCs where an address should be sent as the raw string
instead of the encoded bitcoin address since the RPC handler on the other
end expects "keys" instead of Bitcoin addresses.

For example, the multisignature RPCs addmultisigaddress and createmultisig
can work with pubkeys (compressed, uncompressed, or hybrid) as well as
Bitcoin addresses.

The original issue which prompted these changes was report by Paul Snow on
IRC.

btcrpcclient

btcrpcclient implements a Websocket-enabled Bitcoin JSON-RPC client package written in Go. It provides a robust and easy to use client for interfacing with a Bitcoin RPC server that uses a btcd/bitcoin core compatible Bitcoin JSON-RPC API.

Status

This package is currently under active development. It is already stable and the infrastructure is complete. However, there are still several RPCs left to implement and the API is not stable yet.
