Move valkyrie sample config into conf/
Change path for relative path so that it could be applied for all.
tested with : 'valkyrie -f valkyrie_sample.cfg'
Change include in common, true that complicate move for those file but
will facilitate the parsing for some ide.
Upd .gitignore to ignore object everywhere
Add update.pl, a small perl script to auto git update and apply db
update in sql.
Add setup_perl.sh, to setup perl environnement for module used by perl.
Move some function into rA_common.pm
- Removed any remaining TXT and SQL references from files.
- The 'make sql' command is now replaced by 'make server'.
- Removed account.engine feature as it is no longer needed.
- Moved login and IP ban configs to inter_athena.conf.
- Cleaned up cmake files.
- Miscellaneous clean ups.
Add db/import-tmpl/ and add all file that could currently be
overwritten, (please add note if a db is missing)
db/import folder is created by "make import" just like conf/import and
msg_conff/import, (didn't found the visual equivalent)
Adding doxyconf as rA default conf for doxygen and for people if they
wish to build their doc.
Adding tools/build_doc to check app for building doc and to update
version number in documentation.
Fix few typo in src
- A short, simple extension of atcommand.c and script.c that should help cut down on conflicts while updating.
- Concept credits to brAthena.

-Add restriction for atcommand to prevent possible mapcrash from script
or console usage while waiting full portability.
-Upd athena-start for new default binname.
-Remove petstat as it was similar to getpetinfo and copy only missing
attribute level atribute into getpetinfo.
