Renewal Monster Updates (#3541)
* Renewal Monster's ATK & MATK Calculation Updates
* Renewal Monster database updates
  * ATK1 is *base* ATK, the range 80%~120% is calculated in src
  * ATK2 is *base* MATK, the range 70%~130% is calculated in src
* Adjusted ATK range min~max in mobinfo atcommand
* Nothing was changed in pre-renewal system!

Implemented official ammo equip behavior (#3438)
* Fixes #1155.
* Added specific checks for weapons when equipping ammo.
* Ammo is removed if the required weapon is removed.
* Added battle configs to disable behavior.

d20ac845d1 Direction fixes
- Updated the config setting attack_direction_change from 15 to 0 (official value); that means that a unit's direction will no longer change when it attacks; knock-back effects from e.g. Firewall will depend on the last direction the target walked into instead (bugreport:1322)
- Ensured that the default direction of a monster is always "north", so that immobile monsters will now always be knocked back to the south by e.g. Firewall on default settings, unless a skill like e.g. Backstab changes their direction (bugreport:1322)

a52b010668 - Merged config option knockback_left from Hercules
* Now the default direction is "east" and consequently the knockback direction is "west" when standing
  * This means if the source cell (ground target center or position of caster) is on the same cell as the target, it will be knocked back to the west
  * This also can effect other things like how an object is placed when cast on the cell you are currently standing on
  * If you disable the option it will use the old behavior and use the direction of the unit as default direction (and backwards as knock direction)
  * Special thanks to kisuka and Michieru for the original implementation: 2b8d5013ea
- Optimized the knockback / instant movement code
  * clif_blown will now call both clif_slide and then clif_fixpos, this is what Aegis does when any instant movement effect occurs and ensures proper updating of the position
  * skill_blown will call clif_blown and ensures the correct client information already, so it's no longer necessary to manually call clif_slide and clif_fixpos after it
  * replaced all calls of clif_slide and then clif_fixpos in row with a single call of clif_blown, makes the code look a lot cleaner
  * I tested over 20 knockback situations including knockback of frozen target and it worked fine for me, please report if there is still anything wrong (was why fixpos commented in the first place?)

dda3f76534 * Updated custom Warper to v1.4, which adds menus for the new Guild Dungeons.
* Cleaned up spelling and extra spaces in documentation. (credits: Akkarin)
* Sending whisper to a player from an admin account (group 99) will also display the message as a self-announce to the player. (Hercules 8568f17)
* Reins of Mount (12622) can now be used when sitting and will ignore delay when it fails. (Hercules 2316772)

94ebad5ce0 * Follow up to r13895, added a battle.conf setting to control if ranges should be checked with autocasts.
'autospell_check_range', by default is set to no, as this is official behavior. This does not affect autospellwhenhit.
* Sonic Blow autocast now stops players attacking when it triggers. It's possible there is more depth to this
on official servers, and should 'stop' attacking on regular casts as well. It appears so far that this is the
only skill that behaves this way.
* Modified the default value for homunculus_auto_vapor in source to 1.
* pvp_points are no longer calculated in the gvg_dungeon flagged maps.
* Corrected a view ID and an equip location in the item database. (bugreport:4330)
* Corrected a typo in the DTS_Warper script.

3db650ec38 - Corrected the attack_attr_none setting to behave as it should: for those whom it is set, their "innate" attack element is "not elemental", meaning it deals 100% against all elements (rather than making only NEUTRAL attacks become not elemental).

d6eb67c6c4 - Modified attack_walk_delay so it behaves on a 'per-object' basis, and changed the default to 15 (all types).
- Modified battle_delay_damage so damage is not delayed more than one second for non-player attacks. 
- Modified party_member_added with a hack so that the clif functions will send the info of the new member since party_recv_info has not yet arrived.
- Updated clif_calc_delay so the type sent to the client is based on the number of hits of the skill (as Aegis packets reveal)
