New card subtype (#6394) 
* Implemented new card subtype to differentiate normal cards from enchanted ones
* Available Subtypes:
** Normal (default)
** Enchant
* Updated the item database with the new subtype
* Updated the npc folders using getiteminfo ITEMINFO_SUBTYPE

14fddd3790 Added script checks against swapping items using third-party hacks. 
- Follow-up to 416f6d7, as further protection against item exploits.

Contains a few other fixes.

cbdbda1f0e * Script updates. 
- Added Malangdo Card Separation NPC "Richard", who refines weapons and shields.
- Added new "Job Repair" script, which fixes potential errors with job data (RE).
- Marriage script changes:
-- Permanent global variables are now temporary.
-- Added GM NPCs (The King of Midgart, Divorce Staff, Remarry Staff), commented. (bugreport:6795)
- Added some missing [Official Conversion] comments.

a76db97c37 * Initial implementation of Malangdo Card Separation script. 
* Added and documented 'delequip' command, used in new official scripts.
* Fixed issue in Guillotine Cross job quest where mobs did not properly reset (bugreport:7323).
* Minor cleaning of script_commands.txt.
