75f7fb9039 Remove todo-ish list from examples.txt 
At this point we're probably not going to add major new examples to
Go by Example. Remove the todo-ish looking list from examples.txt to
avoid implying otherwise in that file.

8e7a6bb086 Update format script for new gofmt 
gofmt no longer supports `tabs` and `tabwidth`, but we still require
exactly-4-space tabs to preserve the narrow layout on gobyexample.com,
so re-implement this functionality with sed.

f6f60540af Adding call to check(err) after os.Open 
Clearly we were just able to read the content via ioutil.ReadFile but for consistency I think it would be better to call check(err) after the call to os.Open("/tmp/dat") on line 34.

Tools like errcheck (https://github.com/kisielk/errcheck) will complain about uncaught / unhandled err's. Also can we really be sure some 3rd party process didn't nuke '/tmp' during execution :-)

a8ee83af78 Emphasize time constants 
In most cases users will format and parse times using the constants
provided in package time. Show these first before getting into custom
example-based formats.

24d1a45e6a Tweak JSON example of unmarshalling a float 
The current example shows `json.Unmarshal` on an array of bytes, including
`num:6.0`. In the output however this comes out as `6`. Even in the casting to
`float64`, it comes out as `6`. This can be confusion because it looks like a
simple `int`. By adding an arbitray `.13` you see it's a
float.

b2d1ba5cd8 Tweak time formatting wording 
Use non-teletype to indicate that it's the logical
values that need to be exact, not the specific text
which will vary by format.
