- Relocated 'Option_*' constants from 'db/const.txt' to source; added OPTION_COSTUME compound. (Hercules a5728fd)
- Added MAX_CHAT_USERS define. (Hercules 950e3eb)
- Follow-up ca9642a: applied 'Loc' changes to Pre-Renewal database.
