e9bd2d9bea removed ALL_RIDING, as per information provided by Muad_Dib the skill is meaningless, bugreport:5191; 
As per data from bugreport:5190 reins of mount is no longer deleted after use, re-use leads to releasing the mount

bd05ecd036 *Fixed bug in the attribute table. 
*Added an item group that i missed.
*Lots of mob_db updates.
-Labeled groups of monsters by area and episode number.
-Updated many monsters to drop their new cards.
-Added mobs up to Episode 14.2 (many are still incomplete).
