* Added flag &16 to add manually special item that will be broadcasted if: Dropped by monster -> player pick it up. Added items with this flag:

* Be used also to broadcast item in package/group with flag 'isAnnounced', replaced intif_broadcast().

e1b658e462 * Item GUID Updates:
* Removed `ENABLE_ITEM_GUID` from src/config/core.h, after long time introduction it's worth to be enabled by default. Just remove all items with GUID flag if want to remove it generates GUID .
  * Implemented client interface to merge the items. Packet struct credits: 856b6f1feb
  * Edited `mergeitem` script command to use the interface, moved the 'old' `mergeitem` to `mergeitem2`.
  * Fixed the behavior to add GUID'd item to inventory in Cash Shop.
  * Updated item_flag.txt for listing `IT_CASH` items (item type 18).
  * NOTE: `IT_CASH` items which defined in item_flag.txt with flag `4`, cannot be merged.
  * NOTE: Please check the packets for older clients. Tested work on 2012-04-10, 2013-08-07 and 2014-10-22.
  * NOTE: Please import 'upgrade_20150804.sql' for MySQL Log Database.
* Removed duplicate clif functions:
  * `clif_msgtable()` -> `clif_msg()`
  * `clif_msgtable_num()` -> `clif_msg_value()`
* Item DB Updates:
  * Indonesia_Box2 (17079) should gives 5x Wing_Of_Butterfly (602).
  * Changed some item types to 18.

* By expanding current item_delay.txt's function to implement official item reuse limit.
  * There's the 3rd optional column, put SC ID value to add reuse limit. The reuse delay will be acknowledged as status change. Ignoring this column will use 'normal' item delay.
  * Added some items to their reuse limit group.
* Item DB Updates
  * Added effect for ASPD_Potion (12684).
  * Added effect and delay for Para_Team_Mark_ (22508).

* New shop script definition: `<map name>,<x>,<y>,<facing>%TAB%marketshop%TAB%<NPC Name>%TAB%<sprite id>,<itemid>:<price>:<quantity>{,<itemid>:<price>:<quantity>...}`
* Added script command to update shop NPC: 'npcshopupdate "<name>",<itemid>,<price>{,<stock>}'
* Added NPCMarketDB (DBMap) for market data persistance method.
* Added `market_table` definition for market table in conf/inter_athena.conf.
* Thank to @aleos89, @Lemongrass, @icxbb-xx, merged HerculesWS/Hercules@cf19b26.

NOTES:
* Minimum client needed 2013-12-23 (but this client has bugs there-and-there).
* There's new table, see `upgrade_20150327.sql`.
* Market shop doesn't support discount.
* Added items by script `npcshopitem` or `npchopadditem` will be assumed as persistance items, will be loaded on next script reload or server start even market_shop NPC does't list them (unless NPC is not exists, entries will be removed).

f05119b36c Packet Obfuscation support
* Enable it by uncomment `#define PACKET_OBFUSCATION` in mmo.h
* Obfuscation keys are defined in db/packet_db.txt, each packet_ver has their own default keys (for temperory lookup) in `packet_keys:` right after `packet_ver:`
* Keys can be refined (user-defined keys) by defining the keys in `packet_keys_use:` in file db/[import/]packet_db.txt
* This feature only for client 20110817 or newer
* `@reloadpacketdb` won't changes the keys, so make sure define everything before run the map-server.

* Reduced MAX_SKILL from 5020 to 1200 (actually only 1109 skills are used).
* Added macros for checking Homunculus, Guild, Mercenary, & Elemental skill ranges.
* Added skill check & index validation when player logged in and when @reloadskilldb.
* Corrected `enum e_skill_flag` order for SKILL_FLAG_REPLACED_LV_0's sake.
* Merged 'addtoskill' script command just as alias of 'skill' script command.
* Fixed #277
* Changed 'skill' script command flag to constant value

* Added item flag value: 8 to init default item with BindOnEquip. Item with this flag will be character bound item once equipped.
* Added optional config 'default_bind_on_equip' in conf/battle/items.conf to set default bind type. By default the type is character bound.

* Now inter-server always asking to login-server for account info instead using direct query to `login` table. Merged from HerculesWS/Hercules@da233d5
* Inter-server packet usage: HA 0x2720 & AH 0x2721
* Additional changes from inter-server to map-server to parse the account info result with type 1 by using packet 0x3808 for clif_account_name(). Just some changes from @lighta at his old diff
* Moved some messages to char_msg.conf
* Updated inter-server packet documentation

3d27b7e109 Bug Fixes:

- Fear Breeze status (SC_FEARBREEZE) makes impossible to critical for single hit (bugreport:8197)

7cd82d00db Increased item ID array size.
- Increased limit from 32,767 to 65,535.
- Still uses same amount of memory with doubled usable size.
- Adjusted CARD0_PET from -256 to 256.
- Please run both SQL files after applying this update to avoid values becoming corrupt.
- Tested and works on clients 2012-04-10 and up thanks to Cydh.
- Removed an unused SQL file.

2fe8140f96 Quest Log system improvement. (Hercules 6f55c00)
- Improved memory usage of the quest log system. (saves up to 75kB per online character).
- Fixed various issues with quest entries disappearing from characters without an apparent reason, or monster kill counters getting stuck - the issues were caused by a de-synchronization between the two parallel questlog arrays in map_session_data.
- Added some code documentation.

- Added db/re/item_package.txt, imported file for item_group_db.txt
- Added doc/item_group.txt for more details about item group
- Added new IG_ids on db/const.txt, up to 300 additions
- Added 'getgroupitem' script command to get item from specified item group (see doc/script_commands.txt)
- Modified 'grouprandomitem', added an optional parameter: 'sub_group' (see doc/script_commands.txt)
- Modified 'getrandgroupitem', added an optional parameter: 'sub_group' (see doc/script_commands.txt)
- Updated db/re/item_db.txt
- Updated sql-files/item_db_re.sql, so for MySQL user, please udate your item db
NOTE:
- I ocmmented some lines because some items aren't exist yet on rAthena db (or maybe have different name?)
- For pre-re, maybe I can do it later, or will someone do it?
- If there's something I forget to tell you, it's habit

30648216ec Initial release of VIP System.
By default system is disabled (src/config/core.h).
This follows the iRO implementation VIP System. More information can be found on the iRO Wiki.
All settings also have individual configs.
Official VIP scripts will be implemented later.
Big thanks to lighta and Cydh for support and debugging.
