6148165707 Preparations for the login server TXT/SQL merge 
- copied the sql login server code to /src/login
- merged the login server header files
- moved the account savefile name config setting to inter_athena.conf and renamed it to match the other settings

0beb670305 Added latest version of dbghelp.dll (from microsoft debugger package), to prevent Windows from loading other, outdated versions. 
This caused the dbghelpplug plugin to omit information about structures when producing a backtrace.
