ultramage c2cc0763d9 Increased variable size for status/skill points to remove the 65k cap (bugreport:1579).

Added sql upgrade script to adjust the appropriate char table columns.
This is an enhancement to r5762.

Added a mapreg txt->sql converter script to /tools, because the sql mapserver doesn't read the txt mapreg savefile anymore and people will most likely want to preserve their global variables.
