- added 3 log types: `I` for auctioned items, `B` for buying shop transactions and `X` for all other items transactions that don't fall into another category (for detailed explanation on all log types read `conf/log_athena.conf`)
- it also fixes items being logged as picked up/gained by player when in fact they were dropped on the ground due to full inventory

- Added Throw tomahawk to the list of items that do not trigger the equipment breaking code.
- Moved a bit around the SC_ start of dancing skills to fix Moonlight petals pushing back the casters.
- Modified status_damage to handle SC_KAZIEL. The return value of *_dead functions can pass 8 to specify that kaziel should not be triggered (ie: pvp/gvg)
- Infinite Endure won't be passed on to devoted characters.
- Infinite Endure is no longer saved on logout.
- Added check to avoid gms opening vending shops if they don't have the required level.
- Moved around the Steel Body S. Novice code, simplified it so it triggers before most of the penalties (death is cancelled).
- Fixed the flee penalty not applying when you walk into a gvg map.

Default/official setting is 'yes', which makes players lose zeny that they cannot hold. Adjust as needed.
This re-adds the behavior from before r11344 (see topic:180568).

- @/#jobchange no longer strip your equipment since pc_jobchange removes any unequippables already.
- removed the wasteful define MAX_PC_CLASS and replaced it by the CLASS_COUNT define (which is automatically updated using the previous JOB_MAX* defines) + pc_class2idx function (which converts high class IDs into values that fit in CLASS_COUNT)
- Made status_charge a function rather than a define to get rid of those warnings that have been there since forever.
- Merged the CELL_NOVENDING code (see topic #129209)
- Small check that disables the pet catching process if you try to use another item.
- Added a check to fix a warning and prevent a crash in the npc duplicate check (even though I have no idea what this check is supposed to do, therefore I can't fix it properly other than to avoid the crash)

- undid change from r8273 where pc_getzeny() treated zeny overflow as an error condition; officially, the value is just bounded to MAX_ZENY
- fixed stupid code that, instead of properly checking and filtering invalid items during shop setup, opted to 'hide' these items from the vending list instead...
- removed some custom error message packets related to vending
- fixed a glitch where the server would open a shop with no items when all entered items were tagged as invalid
- split zeny handling from trade_tradeadditem() into a separate func (trade_tradeaddzeny())
- removed loads of redundant code from vending.c

- Added config "vending_tax" to apply a tax to all vending requests, as it was in kRO Sakray some time ago (requested by Playtester) (items.conf).
- Some cleaning of skill_additional_effect
- Moved the starting of SC_DANCING from skill_initunitgroup to skill_unitsetting
- Moved the checks for player_skill_partner_check and (gm_skilluncond for it) to skill_check_pc_partner
- Negative aspd rate bonuses will be handled as aspd add rate since the default non-stackable bonus is useless on penalty bonuses.
